Professional Cleaner — Residential, Commercial & Airbnb

Location: Pensacola, Florida

Schedule: Project-based; assignments depend on client bookings

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable cleaner who takes pride in delivering excellent results. You’ll clean residential homes, commercial spaces, and Airbnb properties, making sure every space is thoroughly cleaned, organized, and ready for its owners, occupants, or guests.

We find the clients and coordinate the assignments. You bring your cleaning experience, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job well. This is project-to-project work, with no guaranteed weekly hours.

We value our cleaners and believe in treating them with respect, communicating clearly, and building lasting working relationships. We’re looking for someone who brings that same care and professionalism to every assignment.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning assignments according to the instructions and checklist provided.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and other assigned spaces.
• Dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, remove trash, and clean fixtures and frequently touched areas.
• For Airbnb turnovers, change linens, make beds, arrange towels, and restock designated supplies as instructed.
• Pay close attention to details such as corners, baseboards, mirrors, surface marks, and the final presentation of each space.
• Take clear before-and-after photos for every assignment and submit them as required.
• Report damage, maintenance concerns, missing items, or low supplies promptly.
• Arrive on time and complete assignments within the agreed timeframe, especially between Airbnb check-out and check-in.
• Communicate promptly about availability, progress, delays, or questions.
• Handle property, belongings, keys, and access information carefully and respectfully.
• Review your work before leaving and address anything missed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional cleaning experience in residential, commercial, or vacation rental properties.
• Valid identification and documentation confirming authorization to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and meet our background screening requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and consistently high cleaning standards.
• Reliable transportation to assignments throughout the Pensacola area.
• A smartphone capable of taking and submitting clear photos.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and clean, well-maintained equipment when bringing your own.
• Dedicated, communicative, respectful, and easy to work with.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of cleaning, including standing, bending, and moving cleaning supplies.
