In this role, you will analyze and optimize production processes to improve yield, quality, and efficiency while maintaining the highest safety and food-quality standards. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools, perform root cause analysis, and support commissioning and scale-up of new equipment.
